Mr. Zhou has been practicing law since was qualified in 1997. He is versed in maritime cases of collisions, personal injuries and deaths, salvage, bills of lading, marine insurance, oil pollution, carriage of goods by sea, disputes of international towage contracts, international sale of good contracts, letter of credit, etc.

Academic achievement
He was appointed as the training teacher of Guangzhou district by the Ministry of Transportation, who also invited him to modify the materials for training officer. He has participated in drafting, modifying and discussing Marine Environment Protection Law of P.R.C, the Law of Ship, and Regulations of Administrative Punishment of Water Safety of P.R.C, etc. He also published many academic articles.
